Covid-19 Showhome & Site Visit Procedures
We have instigated new procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues at this time and we ask that you please follow the guidelines below.
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT:
Relevant brochures and price lists will be sent by email.
Where possible, we will offer you a “first viewing” by a virtual tour of the property you are interested in.
OPENING DOORS:
Doors to our marketing suites and show homes will be opened for you, prior to your appointment so you won’t have to touch any door handles.
ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT:
Visits are by booked appointment only. One visit at a time is permitted with a maximum of 2 adults attending per appointment.
GLOVES AND HAND SANITISER:
Gloves and hand sanitiser are available for your use. You will be required to use hand sanitiser on entry to the marketing suite and again before leaving.
STAY AT HOME IF YOU ARE UNWELL:
Please stay at home if you have
any symptoms of Covid 19.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
During your visit please maintain the 2 metre safe distancing space. Perspex screens are in place on the Sales Consultant’s desk to provide extra protection.
WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE:
Please wait in your car until the time of your appointment, or if arriving on foot, please wait a safe distance from the marketing suite until the time of your appointment.
TOILET FACILITIES:
In line with current guidelines, no bathroom facilities will be available.
