Contemporary German manufactured kitchen with low energy under cupboard lighting. Bosch electric oven, Bosh gas hob, Bosch extractor hood with stainless steel splashback and 1½ bowl stainless steel sink with mixer tap. We have also included an integrated fridge/freezer as standard and a space for a dishwasher. In addition to the kitchen, each maisonette comes with a separate utility cupboard with plumbing for a washing machine or washer/dryer. You may personalise your kitchen with your own choice of cupboard doors and worktops (subject to build stage).

Our contemporary bathrooms and ensuites feature sanitaryware by Roca with matching white shower trays. Family bathrooms feature a shower over the bath with glass screen. Fixtures and fittings such as taps are in chrome. Full height tiling to walls around the bath area and half height tiling to appliance walls complete the look. You may personalise your tile choices from a selected range from Porcelanosa (subject to build stage).

Every home is fitted with gas central heating and an Ideal Logic boiler. To increase energy efficiency, each maisonette is fitted with a gas flue recovery system.

Every property is finished to a high standard with double glazed white timber sliding sash windows, white painted panelled internal doors with chrome finish ironmongery, moulded architrave and skirting, white sockets and switches throughout, recessed white downlighters to the hall, kitchen, bathrooms and ensuites (where applicable), wiring for Sky Plus to lounge and master bedroom, TV media plate to lounge, telephone point to hall, living and master bedroom.

Rooms are decorated in white to allow you to move in straight away or easily decorate in the future.

Maisonettes on the first floor have an individual front door which is white painted timber and has an audio front door entry system for added security. Each maisonette comes with a secure allocated car parking space set within the gated development. Ample cycle storage is provided throughout the development.

Please note that Bedford Borough Council operates Controlled Parking Zones (CPZ) and residents of De Montfort Place are not eligible to apply for a resident parking permit for their vehicle(s).  Bedford Borough Council do not allocate resident parking permits to residents of new build properties.  You are advised to check with the local council if you have any car parking enquiries before completing the purchase of your property.

All Storey Homes properties are completed to LABC standards and have the benefit of a 10-year warranty. Your kitchen appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which you should register once you take possession of your new home.
