Spring Exclusive Offers

Offer applies to specific plots only and given to a maximum of £12,000. Subject to a 6 week exchange of contracts. No further incentives will be agreed with any future promotions.

Incentives

All incentives offered by Storey Homes are subject to terms and conditions. Incentives may be plot specific and not available on other properties. Storey Homes reserve the right to withdraw incentive offers at any time without notice. To secure an incentive offer, whether written or verbally offered, purchasers must complete a formal reservation agreement against a specific plot. All incentives are subject to 28-day exchange of contracts deadline being achieved. Incentives could be withdrawn or altered if the exchange deadline is not achieved.

Assisted Move

Storey Homes will market your existing property through a third party at an agreed price, subject to valuations and recommendations. Your chosen property will be held from the market for 4 weeks once you have agreed a marketing price for your home, completed an Assisted Move reservation form and paid a £500.00 Assisted Move reservation fee. The £500.00 reservation fee is fully refundable in the event you do not sell your home within the 4-week marketing period. Should you be successful in selling your home, Storey Homes will pay fees to an amount agreed prior to commencement of the marketing of your property. Storey Homes will pay your selling fees upon the legal completion of your new Storey Home. Should you not continue with the purchase of a Storey Home but continue to sell your property to a buyer introduced whilst on the Assisted Move scheme, you may be liable to pay the selling fees of our third party/selling agents. Assisted Move may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or incentive. Storey Homes reserve the right to withdraw the Assisted Move scheme at any time without notice.

Stamp Duty Paid

Stamp Duty Paid is a plot specific offer and may not be available on alternative plots. Contribution only towards purchasers’ normal rate of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) to an agreed sum. The offer excludes incremental higher rates (3%) on top of normal Stamp Duty rates if buying a property meaning you will own more than one home or otherwise qualify to pay higher rates of SDLT. This offer is subject to the buyer meeting 28 day exchange and/or legal completion deadlines stipulated at time of reservation and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time prior to a purchaser entering into a formal reservation agreement and placing a reservation deposit against a specific plot.
